Designing the face of a new nonprofit.
Ending systemic racism and classism in foster care. This new nonprofit uses data driven models to argue for changes to laws that regulate Child Protective Services and other entities in the foster care sector. It aims to hold the foster system accountable for the trauma it causes to kids by separating them from their families.
The design of the logo started with a simple idea: an umbrella to symbolize the protection provided to children in need. The colors are calm and inviting, the typeface reassuring in its deliberate lines and serifs. The brand guidelines will ensure Addisons Keeper maintains a strong and consistent footprint as it grows.
